Looks like that giant worm in that book- what was it called?
Dude? Dune? Dubious? And they had that magic powder,
herb or spice or relish or whatever it was called.
And under the influence of the magic powder the Kommuters
could navigate the Public Transistor System.
It's been ages since I read it and I can't quite remember.
