Mr. Mutato Potato

I chose this minibrot for today's post not because it is eye pleasing but because it is a curiousity.
Its deviation from the standard minibrot outline is so profound it is not simple distortion but skirts mutation. That's what I'll call him - Mr. Mutato Potato.
